Thomas Praska has been with the msg group since 2009 and co-founded msg industry advisors in 2015, where he serves as board spokesperson. With a degree in business administration and over 30 years of experience in consulting and market research firms, he specializes in the process industries, focusing on life sciences and pharmaceuticals. His expertise lies in operationalizing strategies in organizational and process consulting, marketing & sales, IT, and supply chain management.

With more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, Christoph Piller has held roles both in the industry and in consulting. He joined the msg group in 2011 and co-founded msg industry advisors with Thomas Praska in 2015. His primary focus areas are digitalization in pharmaceutical production and regulatory requirements within the industry.

Biagio Clemente has 25 years of experience in IT and management consulting as well as the software industry. With extensive experience in data management projects within SAP environments, he possesses broad IT expertise and deep knowledge across various sectors of the pharmaceutical, medtech, and chemical industries. He supports our clients from strategic planning to the implementation of complex master data solutions. Since 2022, he has led the Data & Analytics division at msg industry advisors.

Julia Orth has been with the msg group since 2013 and has worked with msg industry advisors in the pharmaceutical sector since 2015. Throughout her consulting career, she has gained broad insight into the unique characteristics and challenges of the industry across various areas. Her expertise focuses on marketing, sales, and compliance. Since 2022, she has been responsible for the Commercial Excellence division.

Dr. Oliver Biermann has been part of the msg group since 2013 and has led the Governance, Risk and Compliance division at msg industry advisors since 2015. With a degree in chemistry and 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical compliance across industry and consulting, he has proven expertise in quality management processes and digital transformation, particularly for a comprehensive and pragmatic validation of global IT systems like SAP S/4HANA.

Simone Bianca Schuft combines three decades of industry and consulting experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors and has been with msg industry advisors since 2019. In her role in Business Development, she leverages her extensive consulting background in CRM, SAP, change management, and supply chain projects.

Stephan Weber joined msg industry advisors in 2021 in the Business Development division.
