6 steps on your way to joining us
Step 1
Online application
You will receive feedback regarding your application within 5 working days.

Initial online interview
We would like to get to know you better and will arrange a virtual initial interview with you. The interview lasts about 45 minutes.
Step 3
Personal interview
During the second interview, we will talk to you in person. This is an opportunity to prove your expertise and ask questions. We will be spending around 1.5 hours together while we get to know each other better.

Decision and offer
Following the personal interview, we will inform you of our decision within 4-5 days working days. You’ve completely convinced us? Then you will receive your contract offer within 7-10 working days.

Your starter day
In order to get you off to a good start, you will be invited to a two-day induction at our location in Frankfurt am Main to get to know important organizational matters as well as your team. You will also be provided with a starter kit that will support you before and during your onboarding.

Your first project
Within four weeks of officially starting with us, you will be able to hit the ground running and join an existing team for your first project assignment. We attach great importance to your professional and personal development. Continuous training will allow you to expand and deepen your expertise.

Focus on your academic training and your most relevant work experience. A clear overview helps us to quickly understand your background.
